The Devices and Services team was formed with the purpose of bringing Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio.

The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers, and resellers worldwide. This includes the partnerships for products across our Pixel and Google Nest ranges.

Working cross-functionally, the Channel Sales and Activations (CSA) team create innovative ways to generate consumer and business-to-business sales, working across all partner channels (physical retail, carriers, digital platforms, etc.

we endeavor to engage with partners and consumers in a way that only Google can.

In this role, under the guidance of our Channel Sales and Activations EMEA Director, you will drive the execution of Google’s day-to-day in store, online, and call centers across major partners.

This will include working closely with carrier retailers, consumer electronics, and specialty retailers on a variety of activities designed to drive promote out of Google Hardware, generate actionable consumer insights, solve day-to-day issues that our partners face, and build partner advocacy through influence and negotiation.

You will also be responsible for advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams internally to drive business based initiatives and improvements to the partner experience via Google hardware.

In addition, you will play a key role in crafting internal briefings and reports that effectively synthesize business impact, insights, and recommendations.


  • Support the successful implementation and ongoing management of customer programs product launches, fixture strategy, and operations.
  • Manage specific executional activities of day-to-day store operations.

  • Partner with the team lead and regional / in-country leadership to build an outstanding portfolio that consistently meets exceptional standards.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and their resources to deliver upon service level agreements and terms of our agreements.
  • Analyze data across merchants, products, promotions to optimize performance.

  • Work with third-party providers to ensure that consumer insights and data analysis are generated and shared in actionable formats.
  • Work with assigned Commercial and Marketing managers on account deep-dives and sharing insights for partner growth.

  • Provide operational support for partners who stock Google hardware. Enable partners to maximize their performance. Contribute to scaling Partner Operations through innovation, efficiency gains, root cause analysis, etc.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Client-facing experience involving strategy and negotiation.
  • Experience in project management and vendor management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Retail systems, or big data.
  • Demonstrated background in Business Intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and impeccable business acumen.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to uncover insights and to create reports, with careful attention to detail.
