Role Summary

We are currently going through a period of strong growth, and are looking to bolster our Customer focused Supply Chain team to drive true collaboration.

This is a fascinating role - with exposure to some of the UK's top retailers and banks, and a very exciting time to join the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Working with key customers to plan and maintain an accurate short term forecast, using customer data and sales history to drive accurate results and drive a 12 month rolling forecast
  • Work closely with the internal customers to assure KPI's are consistently met, and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the wider team to improve business processes and results
  • Liaise with internal departments such as OA, Engineering, Marketing etc. as well as manage outputs from people outside your team
  • Present complex data to internal and excellent customers and stakeholders
  • Travel to Spain, Portugal and the UK will be required, so a willingness to travel is a must
  • Knowledge & Experience :

  • Extensive Sales Operations / Demand Planning experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Experience of developing strong internal customer relationships
  • Understand and have exposure to the broader Supply Chain - for example Supply Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, NPI
  • Strong systems skill, with a highly analytical mind and great attention to detail
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Demantra, or other planning tools highly advantageous
  • Fluent Italian and English is critical; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is also highly desirable.
