Our Client - an international manufacturer dedicated to the supply of industrial laser solution, is specialized in the research and development, production and marketing of CO2 and Fiber laser equipment, including Laser Engraving, Cutting and Marking Machines.

As the drafter of several standards in the field of laser industry, our client brought up the concept of Three Years Warranty , which breaks the regular warranty rules in this industry and provides the customers with more services and added values.

Our Client’s R&D center, located in Yverdon-Les-Bains Switzerland, has many years’ experience in laser product development.

By taking advantage of the renowned digital industry in Switzerland, the cutting edge advancement of Switzerland and Chinese R&D engineers tasked with the responsibility of product design, development, and testing, they create a line of a product line that not only conforms to the top standard of professional European laser equipment but also highly cost-efficient.

There is a huge demand for my client's equipment locally and they are in serious need of market proven sales and business development professionals hungry to take advantage of this opportunity


  • Able to set up goals, frame action plans, assign, direct and supervise the work of Sales Representative, and achieve the sales targets.

  • Assist to develop and create a regional strategy for business growth, understand and analyze regional trends
  • Leverage and share the knowledge and experiences internally within the assigned region

  • Bachelor's degree, most preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or can be sales and marketing related majors
  • 5 8 years machine tool or machinery sales experience, including 3 5 years’ experience in team management
  • Distinct management abilities to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing, communication and collaboration skills as well as Native local language ability
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Frequent local and regional job-related travel
  • Education :

    University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree
