The candidate will join the EMEAIR Training team, reporting directly to the EMEAIR Training Manager.
The Outlet Trainer will be responsible for the retail training activities within the Outlet channel.
Work closely with the Outlet Retail team to identify training needs, to develop store staff’s skills and knowledge in line with market and consumer expectations and GUCCI standards
Analyse Mystery Shopping results in order to suggest and implement strategies to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards within then Region
Provide innovative training approaches leveraging on technological tools
Create and maintain training records to produce reports
Know all retail KPIs and translate them into specific training actions or coaching path on the specific needs
Design and deliver interactive training sessions on brand values and customer experience and service quality as well as office function subjects
Coordinate training programs of the partner Villages, in collaboration with Outlet and Training managers
Assist in coordinating training meetings and any ad hoc projects
Follow up training actions and monitor results in terms of people skills and business results
Propose new initiatives, estimating related training costs
At least 3-5 years experience in training and coaching in customer service environments
Experience in delivering Management and Leadership training and in coaching techniques
Ability to work within a fast paced environment, with a flexible and agile approach
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and influencing skills
Excellent presentation skills
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point); knowledge of Learning Management Systems would be considered as a plus

Availability to intense travel across the EMEAIR Region
