OPERATION MANAGERWe are searching an OPERATION MANAGER with 10 years of working experience and at minimum 5 years of experience in this role.

Bachelor’s degree in ENGINEERING and automotive processesExperience in management, operations, and leadership.Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-

flow management.Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.Excellent communication skills.

Solid understanding of financial management. Language requested : English , fluentThis person will report directly to General ManagerKey Tasks : Introduction and application of Lean Production methodology for the first time in the companyOther Tasks and Responsibilities : Continuous improvementTime and methodsMaterial flowPlanning and controlling change.

Managing quality assurance programmes.Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
