Identify Wealth business opportunities and lead to delivering an end-to-end solution for our clients. Gather requirements and translate into clear business opportunities that help our clients make better decisions while contributing to Italy revenue.

The Wealth specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our customers unleash the full power of Refinitiv by discovering and implementing a workflow solution while continuously providing scalable yet adaptable guidance throughout the customer’s journey.

The Proposition Sales Specialist is responsible for creating awareness, providing deep functional expertise, prospecting, selling, and growing Wealth proposition across the Italy market.


  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Wealth proposition across Italy
  • Provide insights and share Refinitiv thought leadership on Wealth proposition with customers
  • Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth propositions
  • Identify and generate sales to existing and new customers through the deployment of a consultative sales process
  • Grow Refinitiv’s Wealth market share in Italy
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal operational and account management teams
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs to the business
  • Collaborate with partners to further entrench / scale the wealth proposition
  • Promote insights relevant to customers’ workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, feeding back their experiences

  • Demonstrable selling experience in B2B consultative selling within the Financial industry particularly wealth division
  • Must have deep workflow knowledge of & experience in dealing with Wealth management departments
  • Abreast with industry trends around wealth solutions and technological advancements
  • Ability to map a customer’s business process to product capability
  • Executive engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers
  • Experience in leading customer meetings and presenting to an audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
  • Ability to navigate complex customer and stakeholder environments, manage communications and project / engagement plans
  • Well organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently but also to be a team player
  • Financial Markets certification will be an advantage
