  • Manages sales of the Company's vehicles within a defined region (Italy)
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • 5 - 7 years of sales experience, at least 3 years of bus / automotive experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Reside in the North of Italy
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal are a must
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, besides German and / or French is preferred.
  • Analytical, using initiative
  • Have no obstacle to travel
