In the frame of a maternity cover, we are currently looking for an HR administrator to join our People team. The role will be based in Rome.
Reporting to the HRBP Italy, the HR administrator is a key position in the team, being the first point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
This is a support role that most importantly engages and supports the retention of employees to our growing Italian business.
New employee onboarding and induction
Creating and issuing contracts of employment to new employees
Completing the onboarding process and document all paperwork on our HR systems
Conducting all HR onboardings
Supporting the HRBP with the evolvement and development of our on-boarding process
Monitoring the completion of the probation initial target setting and review
Completing the offboarding process and document all paperwork on our HR systems
Ensuring HR system is updated in an accurate and timely manner
Preparing and send to our payroll provider all monthly payroll variable elements (starters, leavers, employee change .
and time management reports (absences, sick leave..)
Controlling the payslips before submitting for approval to the HRBP
Ordering lunch vouchers monthly primary contact for payroll troubleshooting and discrepancies. Serving as a liaison between employee and payroll departments as needed
Processing all adjustments, and updates all appropriate data in reporting in an accurate and timely manner
Producing regular and ad hoc reports
Ensuring all employee records on the HR system are up to date and maintaining data accuracy.
Issuing contract change letters.
Monitor and deploy the Smart working procedure and agreements.
Supporting the HR team with developing and maintaining the People section our company intranet to provide a source of information for employees
Support to employees questions / requests
Health & Safety
Organize and monitor the employee mandatory doctor visit
Organize and monitor the safety mandatory training.
The role will also include support to
Overall People Team activities
You had a previous experience in Administration and Payroll (CCNL Commercio is a plus)
You pay attention to detail and have organization skills.
You are able to work in an international environment and like teamwork
You are fluent in English
