A day in the life of... Talent Acquisition Manager
Focusing on Boutique research drive the Talent Acquisition strategy reacting proactively and assisting HR Business Partners in anticipating the future needs of the organization;
Collect insight in line with the Retail market and redesign processes and methodologies to innovate the Talent Acquisition process and ensure that it is always updated and effective;
Through continuous Coaching, support the Line Manager during the selection process, giving feedback and challenging him / her, to transfer Recruiting skills and make him / her more independent;
Build an Assessment model in order to identify the agility needed for the organizational context;
Coordinate external partners by maximizing process efficiency and ensuring that the service is provided in compliance with high Quality standards and agreed SLA;
Plan and develop new Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with University partners and Schools.
