Description & Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Key Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Sales team- where you’ll be working in a successful team- always trying to reach the next level.

You’ll be reporting into the National Account Manager - taking ownership of the Retail channel- acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.

In brief- you will be responsible for :

  • Leading Retail Key Accounts in the assigned area- maintaining- elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction;
  • Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements- pricing- new products & innovation listings- and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.
  • Developing the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.
  • Hard Skills

  • University Degree
  • 2 3 years’ proven experience in sales (sell-in or sell-out)
  • Ownership attitude- push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age / role
  • Data-driven and analytical approach
  • High proficiency in English
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Open to relocate
  • Professional Attributes

    Communication Skills - you’ll easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it’s relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills- to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

    Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Simplification will be highly appreciated- when you provide simple solutions dealing with sophisticated challenges.

    Commercial Sense - You’re always seeking for opportunities to expand your business and build more savings- while over delivering your targets.

    Analytical - We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate sophisticated data into a simple solution with your analytic attitude.
