Serve as a Software and Systems engineer for Combine Harvester agricultural machinery.
This position involves coordinating the Software, Hardware and releases requirements and bugs tracking on new developments and current products, will develop requirements, test cases and ensuring product design and function meets stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of combine harvesting equipment including the setup, operation and data analysis capabilities.
Create System Detailed Design Specifications and Interface Control Specifications for functional systems
Requirements specification design reviews, risk analysis, and system DFMEAs
Coordination of Safety Reviews (Systems) according the ISO25119
Define and validate the integration of internal and external supplier' components into harvesting equipment
Specify required sensors and or develop sensors with internal and external suppliers
Interface to the electrical and mechanical design teams to define required interfaces and requirements
Knowledgeable about machinery, automotive, aviation, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Experience with defining software and hardware interfaces
Knowledge of J1939 CAN communication and ISO11783 CAN communication protocol
Experience using a version control system, for example SVN
Experience on Software Development system (i.e. Polarion)
Experience in a structured development environment
Experience with Vector CANoe or CANalyzer
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
2 years' concurrent experience in development or validation of off road or agricultural equipments, automotive and aircraft
