    As a Senior Supply Chain / Manufacturing Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of international problem solvers, helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Years of Experience in SCM / Manufacturing 2 years
  • Minimum Years of Experience in Dynamics 2 years
  • Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrate proven prior success in roles utilizing knowledge and skills in the following areas of the Microsoft domain : Microsoft Dynamics D365 for Finance & Operations emphasizes Inventory, Procurement, Formulas & BOMs, Production Control, Process Manufacturing, and Master Planning.
  • Dynamics AX 2012 is nice to have.Understand the D365FO Architecture (models, extensions, etc.) and configuration and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.

    Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proven history thorough knowledge and success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs : actively participating in client discussions and meetings;
  • communicating a broad range of company services. Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

    Demonstrate proven capability, thorough knowledge, and success as a team leader by supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.

    Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching and mentoring staff, including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback.

    Demonstrate proven thorough knowledge and success with participating In consulting, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to improve clients' business processes, emphasizing the following areas :

  • Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Performing the functional design, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain and Production modules, with an emphasis on Inventory, Procurement, Formulas & BOMs, Production Control, Process Manufacturing, and Master Planning.
  • Authoring and reviewing functional and technical documentation of product sub-systems related to manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Developing architecture and mission-critical business logic and frameworks.
  • Performing bug resolutions, release testing, and build verification.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Production module, with focus on Process manufacturing.
  • Experience with Inventory Management module.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management module.
  • Nice to have : experience with Enterprise Asset Management module
  • Role

    Demonstrate proven results thorough level of abilities and / or success in roles with one or more Microsoft Dynamics F&O application modules doing functional configuration and / or technical development, including :

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting business processes in a Microsoft environment.
  • Designing, building, testing, and deploying various Microsoft solutions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
  • Identifying and addressing client needs : building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services;
  • communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
  • and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

  • Demonstrate a thorough level of abilities and / or a proven record of success as a team member by understanding personal and team roles and contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members.
  • And by proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback; from less-experienced staff.

  • Complete tasks according to AX for Pharma 365 Quality Management System.
