We are currently looking for a :

Webmaster eCommerceNespresso

eCommerceeMerchandising Specialist (B2C / B2B)

Responsible for the management of products, content& promotions to drive sales within the Digital Boutiques (Desktop / Mobile)

Main contents of thejob :

  • Develop new user-facing features
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UXdesigns

    Produce clean, efficient code based onspecifications

    Integrate website components with ad hocdevelopment

    Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade of existingcodes

    Create / update product assortments for allcategories in CMS according to defined marketing and product calendar

    Liaise with HQ to acquire assets

    Localization and translation of globalcampaigns

    Constant update of the e-commerce in all itsenvironments : desktop, mobile, native app

    Assets upload and functionality tests forpromotions and campaigns

    Review pages to ensure they work acrossdesktop, mobile and tablet

    Work with data analysts to understand impacton business results

    Identify continuous improvements to thee-commerce to ensure increased productivity

    Develop strategy in line with e-commercebusiness guidelines and active promotional, CRM and media plan in order togenerate traffic (organic and paid)

    Assure the creation and the update ofcontents (banners, landing pages) and product contents (discount uploads,re-pricing, product medias) for website, newsletter and digital campaign incollaboration with marketing and agencies

    SEO optimization of contents and media

    Site testing and other site maintenanceactivities : new feature and releases tests, bug reporting and resolution incollaboration with developers and support team

    Profile

    Proficient understanding of web markup,including HTML, CSS

    Proficient understanding of client-sidescripting and JavaScript

    Experience with CMS (Hybris is a plus)

    Ability to learn new languages andtechnologies

    Excellent communication skills

    Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

    Attention to details

    Basic knowledge of Photoshop, to be able tocrop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image

    Business degree in Digital Management,Digital Marketing, Digital Communication and similar

    Experience in eCommerce platforms management

    Good knowledge of Website structure (i.e. ContentManagement, Merchandising, A / B testing & personalization)

    Experience in SEO optimization

    Understanding of Omniture / Google Analytics orany other system of webmetrics tracking tool is a plus

    Proactive : propose new ideas and solutions

    Independent, able to organize the work

    Strong reliability and flexibility
