As the Leader of the EMEA Strategic Accounts sales team, you will beresponsible for providing strategic vision for Gore’s Institutional sales andoverseeing managing the execution of all contracted business in EMEA(particular markets UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and France).

Your role will be to recruit, hire, coach anddevelop qualified associates to create and maintain a highly functioningteam.

Key will be your role to establish and implement a vision andstrategy that aligns with enterprise / MPD strategies and initiatives thatcontribute to the success of Gore’s Key Performance Indicators.

  • You will ensurean understanding of the role of the 4Ps, Provider, Physician, Payer and Patientand the impact on the Supply Chain;
  • and will identify strategies toservice both their individual needs as well as collectively as a health system.You will collaborate with other functions, leaders and teams across thedivision and enterprise in an effective manner that breaks down silos andmaximises results.

    You will also collaborate closely with the clinical EMEAsales organisation to maximise Gores financial results. In addition you will partnerwith the Global Provider Selling Group (PSG) to identify programs and servicesto strengthen our Provider relationships, migrating contracted customers to adeeper and more specialised relationship.

  • Your role will also be to coordinatewith Gore’s Pricing Champion and others as appropriate to develop pricingstructure and strategies for market penetration and growth;
  • to assist customersas well as team members in evaluating the economic potential of the business. Keyalso is your ability to develop strong external stakeholder relationshipswithin purchasing organisations.

    Critical to success in this role will be theability to develop and lead a team that is capable of maintaining strongrelationships, strategically identifying opportunities to sell the value ofGore’s differentiated technology and services, overseeing the negotiation andclosure of complex agreements and the development and execution of Gore’sInstitutional Sales team.

    You will be responsible for the oversightof Gore’s commercial contracted business in EMEA. In this capacity you willlead a team tasked to profitably maximise Gore's market share by working withthe Sales, Marketing, Health Economics, Product Specialists, and BusinessLeadership across varying disease states, clinical modalities, portfolios, andproduct life-

    cycles in the main markets of EMEA.


  • Degree educated with a marketing, business, technical, medical or science emphasis.
  • An experienced sales leader from the medical device market, with a track record of growing profitable strategic accounts sales through the development of people and sales organisations.
  • Demonstrated business / market knowledge (policies, practices, trends, etc).
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to operate effectively within sales teams as well as across functions and businesses in a highly-matrixed organisation.
  • High capability to influence, with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with undoubted ability to gain followership and lead others.
  • Ability to coach and develop the EMEA Strategic Accounts Selling team to meet present and future needs.
  • Always able to act with divisional and global interest, supporting and enhancing Gore’s business and financial success.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 70% of the time.
