Commercial Back Office staff have operational responsibility for overseeing and managing customer relations in the designated Area, ensuring accurate and comprehensive management of the information, documentation and shipments from / to the customers, and interfacing with the internal offices and the external agents involved in the product management process.
They perform an operational and relational role.
