You will be working within the Corporate & Investment Banking department ( CORI ).
Client relationship management support for Corporate Coverage in Italy, active in two categories of tasks :
1) Relationship management support
Provide presentations, pitch documents, client information & research, press reviews and all other material needed by Relationship Managers for clients meetings, deal negotiations and management reporting.
Participate to client contacts and meetings when asked by Relationship Managers.
Prepare Briefing Notes for Senior Management's visits to clients (excluding strategic summary and topics for discussions which are provided by Relationship Managers).
Contribute to the budget exercise and business reviews by supporting RM-bankers in reviewing NBI and RWA reported for each CORI client (both strategic and target)
Support bankers-RM in interactions with business lines (review & fine-tuning of pitches prepared by each business line) and with CCG.
2) Middle-office for CBA transactions of CORI
Prepare a draft of PSM and calculation of deal profitability according to Basel 3 criteria, including simulations asked by Relationship Managers or BLs.

Client on boarding when needed
Main technical competences :
Knowledge of Banking and finance
Min 2 Years previous relevant experience.
