Job Summary

To support the new equipment sales of BW Flexible Systems Padova location. The person is responsible for supporting the assigned sales executives and commercial team throughout the sales process acting as an important link between the sales executive, internal team, technical applications sales support, and customer / prospect in order to provide a high quality of customer service and for the achievement of sales targets.

An active member of the divisional Marketing Team to represent and promote the company products and services in divisional communications, marketing media, corporate / brand image, trade shows, and other initiatives, as well as define and track key marketing metrics and ensure budget allocations are met.

Sales Administration :

  • Coordinate and drive the process, internally across functions and externally with our customers / prospects, regarding new equipment proposals / revisions (from quotation through order confirmation) and associated orders / change-
  • orders (from order confirmation through delivery) according to agreed commitments for assigned territories / sales executives

  • Key liaison for Duncan and Nottingham regarding intercompany proposals and orders
  • Support the communication and visibility of project schedules among the Padova team in alignment with our commitments and objectives regarding Customer Trust, Culture of Service, L3, and Touch Communications principles
  • Support sales executives for key customer / prospect correspondence
  • Handle urgent or critical sales activities as necessary
  • Coordinate with the financial and sales team for the issuance of invoices and order progress related to payment timelines
  • Prepare and update Weekly and Monthly sales KPI reports and various other sales related reports
  • Support the Commercial Director as needed in departmental or divisional sales activities related to administration, reporting, and marketing
  • Price list revision control and maintenance
  • Proactively propose and contribute to continuous improvement activities in the assigned areas of responsibility and across the sales and order execution process
  • Utilize and maintain current the INFOR CRM (Customer Resource Management) system to maintain accurate records of all contacts, activity, opportunities, status, competitive information, proposals, and orders, for customers and prospects according to standard practices.
  • Marketing :

  • Padova site marketing lead and member of divisional marketing team responsible for global and local marketing, communication, brand, and corporate image activities
  • Manage marketing initiatives to ensure timelines and objectives are met
  • Create and deliver communications media content regarding case studies, executive bios, corporate newsletter, social media, and other digital marketing collateral
  • Plan and organize local and international exhibitions ensuring timelines, expectations, and Padova budget allocations are met
  • Execute and support new business and product development marketing and communication initiatives
  • Sponsors and facilitates the completion of Quality Assurance forms such as customer satisfaction questionnaires
  • Creating and editing sales tools regarding brochures, photos, and videos
  • Measure and report Weekly and Monthly marketing KPIs
  • Requirements

  • Required High School Diploma
  • A University degree in Language, Business, or Marketing is an advantage
  • Business to business office, administration, sales, sales administration, marketing or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and build both internal and external relationships in the face of adversity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Conducts oneself in a professional and customer centric fashion
  • Goal oriented and driven to become an impactful contributor to the business
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to interface with a variety of personnel from different functions

  • Computer proficiency and good working experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software packages.
  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in Italian and English required (other language capabilities will be an advantage)
  • Must live within close proximity to the BW Flexible Systems Mestrino (Padova) office
  • Driver’s license and automobile transportation
