The Project Coordinator will act as a support among the Project Managers, Patheon’s internal Pharmaceutical Development Services organization and the client to ensure that all needs are met concerning both projects and timelines.
Main activities :
Handling of multiple tasks in the on-going projects at the same time.
Handling of multiple client requests in the expected timeline with high quality results.
Accommodating several clients’ visits in a short timeline.
Facilitate the progressing of the activities of the project.
Handling of meetings with clients.
Write the minutes of the meetings / telecon
Update projects on Changepoint platform
Give assistance in managing client satisfaction
Give assistance in the different tasks of the projects, facilitating communication and the exchange of information among the different people involved.
Supporting finance for project billings
Give assistance to maintain client timelines within the MS project.
Prepare presentations for client visits (including but not limited to Kick offs)
Archive the project documentation.
Prepare Changes Of Scope and Project Expansions based on the costs structure of Patheon Italy and the guidance of the technical teams to Patheon UK.
Facilitate positive team member interactions and manage conflicts.
Degree in a Scientific Area (Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biology).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and of Internet
Preferably 6 months of experience in a Quality Department or Project Management.
Good English spoken and written
Well organized and detail oriented
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate.
