We are currently looking for a :

RRP SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST PMI has always been a leading company in the sector, but the time of transformation we are currently experiencing is quite exciting and is unprecedented.

We are facing one of the greatest transformations in the history of fast-moving consumer goods, and the creation of a vision of a smoke-

free future requires enormous courage, resourcefulness and motivation. THE OPPORTUNITY As RRP Supply Chain Analyst you will strictly cooperate with local Finance and Production Planning Team to ensure correct analysis and monitoring of Sales trends, granting to the market an appropriate stock level of IQOS Devices and Accessories.

He will be in charge of PM Italy Devices and Accessories Shipment planning, actively contributing to achieve shipment targets both on a quarterly and yearly base.

He will monitor Logistic Service Provider performance ensuring appropriate distribution of the products in order to maximize sales, avoiding out of stock and unfulfilled orders.

He will coordinate with internal stakeholders and Logistic Service Provider for new product launches, new touchpoints openings, ensuring stock availability.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Discuss and agree with local finance team on a monthly IMS forecast to be used to plan production for the upcoming 18 months rolling.
  • Weekly revise the forecast, load it in global systems and produce a rolling shipment forecast in order to adjust upcoming productions.

  • Monitor actual data (IMS, Swap and Shipments) to foresee stock criticalities and prevent them through immediate contact and escalation to S&OP team.
  • Oversee and monitor production adjustments and actively and effectively communicate internally when critical situations arise.

  • Manage order placement and execution for Devices and Accessories, in coordination with S&OP team, Order Management team, Operations team, LSP and local finance in order to maintain the contractual duration and achieve shipment targets.
  • Coordinate with Operations, local marketing team, S&OP and local finance team to overview the timing, process and volumes for new products launches.
  • Support the RRP Supply Chain coordinator in special projects, performing analysis to ensure appropriate stock distribution across the country.
  • Monitor and build automatic reports in cooperation with the IS team for both operational purposes and controls.
  • Monitor, maintain and update swap rules in SAP / DCS system to allow replacements to be registered in DCS. Requirements :
  • Graduation in Engineering or Economics
  • Minimum 2 / 4 years of experience in Structured Companies similar professional areas
  • SAP Knowledge is a real plus
  • Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
  • Fast learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
  • Customer and problem-solving orientation
  • Passion for new technologies highly appreciated
  • Fluency in Italian & in English
  • Computer skills :
