For our office in Alcobendas we are looking for experienced professionalfor the position :

  • Order Administrator,Invoicing and logistic

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

    As OrderAdministrator, the candidate will be responsible for a broad variety ofadministrative and business support related tasks, working closely customers,distributors and operation project managers reporting to the BU Finance Controller.

    Order / project

    To manage the order cycle, processing in a timelyand accurate manner to include :

  • Order acknowledgement,validation / integrity check of order (internal / external customers) placing on anumber of internal systems;
  • ensuring amendments to orders are actionedimmediately, communicating details to the appropriate supplier.

    Monitor order status,communicating any issues to customers / suppliers.

    Monitor status andco-ordinate deliveries from various sources to delivery site. Liaise withinternal suppliers to ensure requirements satisfied,

    Issue accurate invoicesupon delivery of order.

    Ensuring items are includedon maintenance schedules, renewed and billed as required.

    Providing contactpoint / knowledge base for sales team, internal / external customers in all aspectsof administration and support as required.

    Logistics

    Coordinate and monitor logisticsgoods incoming and shipment operations

    Ensure premises, assets andcommunication ways are used effectively

    Utilize logistics IT tooptimize procedures

    Supervise orders andarrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs

    Communicate with suppliers,retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

    Plan and track the shipmentof final products according to customer requirements

    Keep logs and records ofwarehouse stock, executed orders etc.

    Prepare accurate reportsfor upper management

    Qualifications :

    You hold a Bachelor degree and you have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

    Good knowledge and experience with SAP (FI-CO-PS).

    Process and compliance focused.

    Able to extract information from many sources, analyze data and communicate the outcome.

    Collaborative, action oriented, analytical, problem-solving approach.

    High level of integrity and ethics in approach and action.

    Organizational Agility.

    Ability to meet challenging deadlines

    Strong knowledge of ERP systems

    Fluent Spanish and English language (spoken and written).
