Head of Trade Marketing On Trade
Under the direction of the Head of Trade Marketing On Trade, and being part of the Customer Development Direction, the Trade Marketing Expert On Trade is responsible to ensure the correct definition and implementation for the following activities related to the On Trade channel :
The Trade Marketing Expert On Trade participates in the definition of the Canvass and support the guidelines of the execution of the activities in the On Trade channel with a strong focus on bartenders community and key outlets (super Ho.
re.ca. and liquor store).
This role requires a dynamic person who seeks to gain experience within the On Trade channel, highly engaged and committed to results / resolving problems and drives productive networking / connections with cross-
functional areas and sales teams.
In collaboration with the Head of Trade Marketing On Trade, defines and develops the channel strategy accordingly to company priorities and allocates the related A&P investment.
Manages allocated budget for specific on trade activities. For the promotional investment provides pre and post-assessment analysis and reports to assess the effectiveness.
In order to reinforce the relationship with the bartenders community, supports the definition and the implementation of a key project called Bartender Experience that is composed by : educational and training initiatives, ad hoc incentives and international brand competitions.
Defines the participation, planning and management to the most important trade fairs and exhibition dedicated to the on trade channel.
Is responsible for the implementation and the execution of all the trade events, with high visibility standard to be respect and ensuring the involvement of all the impacted actors and stakeholders both internally and externally (i.
e. International Brand Ambassadors).
Develops projects and ad hoc activities with special focus on the regional clients and the seasonality of our brands.
Collaborates in the implementation of the Canvass activities for wholesalers and wine shops as the promotional activities plan, the incentives plan and the design of the POP.
Provide analysis of pre and post evaluation for all activities implemented.
Supports the Head of Trade Marketing On Trade in the construction of new commercial approach, defines ad hoc visibility and POS material in order to increase and reinforce the relationship with the direct managed outlets.
Supports the sales force in the day-by-day activities on the field and acts as a key point of reference.
Collects information from sales force on competitors’ activities in order to grab new opportunities and reinforce our promotional plans.
Thanks to sales force insight is able to develop the most appropriate POP materials.
Provides analysis and reports to monitor and track the performance and the promotional effectiveness of the projects for which he / she is responsible and for the direct outlets.
Coaches and supervises junior team members, training them on company processes and tools and day-by-day activities.
