Internship at HR Compensation & Benefits
Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its HR Compensation and Benefits department.
This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment.
The resource will be involved in the following activities and projects :
Collaboration in the management of annual incentive systems
Support for compensation processes for foreign countries, in particular in allocating equity benefits and managing equity releases
Cost control & Planning : collaboration in the annual and monthly planning of payroll of shore-side personnel
Flex Benefit : support for the launch and the implementation of the Flex Benefit Project
Bachelor and / or Master's Degree in Economics, HR or similar.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good knowledge of English (B2 at least)
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.
