An EU Based role covering multiple delivery stations working as part of the newly formed Amazon Logistics EU ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) Team.
This role will involve travel across Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the UK. The role will be based in Germany, Italy or France.

We are looking for an ACES Manager for our EU AMZL ACES team.
Role and Responsibilities :
As an integral part of EU ACES Team, the ACES Manager focuses on the following deliverables
Replicate best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the EU, learning from the best as well as benchmarking under-
performance, driving financial and productivity improvements.
Roll out of Standard Work practices for EU AMZL delivery stations.
Development of management practices, checklists and other execution best practices in-line with Standard Work objectives and deliverables.
Deep dives and targeted improvement activities for specific performance-related opportunities in EU Delivery Stations.
Establish focus and prioritization for our business efforts by coordinating, prioritising and supporting Kaizen activities.
Drive leveraging of cross-building process excellence. Interface and maintain a close relationship with Country based ACES colleagues.
Work with senior leaders to agree, prioritize, plan and coordinate implementation of projects. Follow up on all process improvement activities to drive cost reduction and productivity improvements.
Pivotal role in supporting and leading improvement projects to increase efficiency of processes. Specifically to include data capture, analysis, pilot and deployment.
Partner with other teams to support multi-stakeholder initiatives acting as a point of contact for EU Operations teams.
Previous experience in a process improvement or operational management role.
Must be prepared to travel across the 5 EU counties; Germany, France, Spain, Italy and UK- up to 50% travel.
Practiced working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
Strong project management ability
Fluent in English and Italian
Proven record of managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Work experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and (Lean) Manufacturing industries / logistics, supply chain and / or transportation industries.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred but not essential
