    PRIMARY FUNCTION :

    The position is to report to the team leader of Medium & Bus range support . The main role is Following the Asist Ticket and market support STS second level

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Electrical and Electronics Advanced specialist Support on Medium & Bus Range for EMEA Market

    Vehicle diagnosis and repair specialist competence

    Know the flow and method about the problem solving

    For the product range assigned following and create the Knowledge Article, troubleshooting proposal

    Interface to PTS and engineering

    Support a quickly solutions "temporary" to reduce the time V.O.R. (Quality, Product Support, Product Validation).

    Sharing with Team, internal training session for problems / solutions identified on the product range Medium-Bus

    OTHER INFORMATION :

    High level of technical hands on knowledge of commercial vehicles and of electronic systems on board

    Correct interpretation of manual documentation , Hydraulic , air and electrical diagrams functional

    Bus CAN of vehicles and logical

    Excellent knowledge of a technical language to speak with workshops in English

    Ability of synthesis and communication to find out and discuss about the technicalproblems and solutions with theProduct support Team

    Technical knowledge of Diagnostics Systems (EASY tool )

    Proven ability to work in a team environment, with good customer service skills.

    High level of computer and skilled in the use of MS Office productivity tools.

    Preference Excellent Knowledge Iveco applications à Asist , Esomweb , Front-end Teleservices , Power (Parts) , TAS , eTim , Matrix

    knowledge of products and of each electrical controlled equipment

    very good diagnosis analysis approach

    good verbal technical communication skills

    Excellent ability to work in Team

    Good written and spoken communication skills (Fair level of spoken and written English is essential).

    Assertive and proactive

    The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, and be able to work well with other department, independently and as part of a team.
