Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the HR strategy within the retail side of our business, which consists of around 60 stores.

Working closely with the Country HR team, District Managers, Store Management and the EMEA HR Retail Community, you will help execute the Retail HR strategy, policies and procedures, set up effective recruitment processes and provide a confidential and efficient HR service to all Retail personnel.

You will be the point of reference for the organizational population under your domain, with a strong focus on :

Business Partnering

  • Build effective partnerships with managers and associates to achieve the Company goals
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Retail Staff, being on the field and close to the business
  • Focus on quality processes, monitoring HR and budget KPIs and supporting productivity and organizational development
  • EMEA Projects

  • Translate the HQ business vision into people strategy, driving HR initiatives and processes
  • Deliver the VF culture in the whole retail workforce, spreading our Purpose and behavioural model
  • Foster the EMEA organizational change, reinforcing connections between European and Global structures, brands and people development
  • Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Monitor all Retail vacancies and post both internally and externally through Workday Recruiting
  • Support Store Management in sourcing the right candidates, conducting phone and face to face interviews
  • Support Store Management in executing the onboarding process for new hires
  • Learning and Performance Management

  • Deliver training courses to the Retail population
  • Schedule classes, set up logistics, systems and equipment, coordinate enrollment
  • Advise Store Management in all phases of VF Performance Cycle and ensure appraisals are conducted on the basis of VF guidelines and in the proper timeline
  • Administration

  • Monitor all workforce contractual aspects (i.e. end of contract, renewal, probation period), drawing up of contracts and HR letters for all Retail personnel and ensure HR folders are always complete
  • Support Store Management in understanding and applying all admin / legal policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the update and the data accuracy in the corporate HR System
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR departments with focus on Retail
  • Organizational skills and proactive approach
  • Result orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Willing to travel
