Job Profile

Within the CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) department and reporting to the CRM Director, the CRM Analyst supports Customer Data Base Management & Analytics (customer insight, customer journey, retention analysis) for all Brands of Max Mara Group at a corporate level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and model structured data using advanced statistical methods
  • Review and improve data quality
  • Check data governance and usability across all channels
  • Cluster large amount of user generated content and process data in large-scale environments
  • Drive customer engagement focused on Big Data and Advanced Business Analytics
  • Perform explanatory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify unique patterns for each Brand
  • Design and coordinate redemption plans and new initiatives; support execution by providing ad hoc data and reporting
  • Candidate criteria

    Minimum Level of Education Required

  • Economics
  • Engineering Management
  • Minimum Level of Experience Required

    Languages

    English (B2 - Professional Working Proficiency)
