Pirelli is looking for an enthusiastic ICT Sales Project Manager to join the ICT Sales and Marketing team within the overall Pirelli Group.

Specifically, the candidate will take part to the huge digital transformation program Pirelli has started.

He / She will be responsible for managing the implementation of Business 2 Business (B2B) projects guaranteeing the maintenance and evolution of current Sales systems.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
  • Plan projects and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, managing periodical status updates with all project stakeholders
  • Manage the change process (regarding scope, schedule and costs) of projects
  • Perform Demand Management activities within the sales areas : collect, prioritize and manage the development of new requirements
  • Combine technical expertise with the progressive knowledge of Enterprise Business processes and how to leverage the technology as a mean for Business evolution and expansion
  • Discuss technical solutions with suppliers
  • Education and overall Experience :

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Systems (e.g. Laurea in Ing. informatica o Scienze Informatiche) or in Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong Project Management experience or Program Management in Consulting ICT Companies (from 5 to 7 years)
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Experience in agile methodologies is an important plus
  • Experience :

  • The evolution of the candidate will provide an ever-growing experience in the analysis of processes, gathering requirements from the Business and management of plans for the implementation of projects;
  • but keeping a strong link to the ICT technology management

  • Strong experience in managing the implementation of sales complex solutions
  • Experience in managing projects that require the integration among different companies (e.g. EDI, )
  • ICT Demand Management experience in a complex environment, able to collect the business requirements and manage the priorities with the Business stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing Sales systems
  • Experience in risk management methods
  • Experience as Product Manager in Agile methodologies
  • Experience in working inside companies that are implementing a Digital Transformation program is a plus
  • Technical Knowledge :

  • Solid technical background, with experience in software development and web technologies (C++, Java, sh / bash, XML, XSL, frameworks Java), and on DB side (Oracle, SQLServer, Mysql)
  • Strong knowledge of implementing custom and packaged solutions with knowledge of Design and Integration Patterns
  • Good System Administrator skills (Linux and Windows) is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of Tibco is a plus
  • Knowledge of API Gateway is a plus
  • Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and of solutions for managing the interaction of external companies
  • Microservices architecture (Docker, Rancher, ), Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services (SOAP, Rest)
  • Ability to perform small technical tasks and data checking
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and SAAS / PAAS solutions
