In this role you will have the responsibility of achieving market growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the internal sales team and an external sales network.
Your deep knowledge of the robotized welding and cutting market will be a key competence in order to design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong and long-lasting presence.
In this role (within the specific application of robotized welding and cutting) you will have different tasks :
Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of direct and indirect sales
Setting individual sales targets to the sales team
Contributing to the team’s results directly managing a geographical region and / or a certain number of key customers
Securing regular updated prioritization of the proposal efforts to secure order results
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
Building and promoting a strong, long lasting customers relationship by partnering with them and understand their needs
Achieving challenging growth targets by acquiring new customers and identifying emerging markets and market trends.
Monitoring competition and technology trends
Recommending products or services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
Cooperating within the organization with the bid & proposal, and the project execution teams as well as with the after sales organization to solve issues and improve products, processes and services

Knowledge of the welding and cutting market
Meaningful experience in automation
Fluently English speaking
Succesful previous experience as sales manager
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proven ability to communicate, present and influence al all level of the organizations
