He / She is responsible of the marketing management and of the development of its category (ambient and frozen technologies) in line with the Group and BU policy to build profitable growth opportunities at country / category level by exploiting his own skills and by supervising and motivating and developing his team.
He / She understands economic, competitive and commercial environment in which we operates,by having a clear vision of the market and its evolution trends, the consumers needs & expectations, the Category, our Products and the competition, to develop and implement annual marketing strategy and operating plans and to partecipate to the strategic plan implementation.
He / She recommends Brands positioning, growth strategy for the Brands, segmentation and portfolio, and anticipates competitors’ reactions
He / She regularly benchmarks via market studies and consumer / shopper insight studies.
He / She is responsible for budgeting and controlling marketing plan, analysis of the value creation via the product mix, the category management, the innovations,
He / She provides reliable forecasting of long term sales, and marketing expenses.
He / She develops integrated communication campaigns aiming value creation across-above-below the line activities.
He / She closely collaborates with Sales team to build the Category vision and Management plans.
He / She manages, leads and delivers innovation and renovation funnel Innovation : idea generation, positioning and concept development, based on the creation of a clear and precise concept board, in close collaboration with I&D dept.
He / She leads project for range extension and renovation, and generates supporting P&L.
He / She contributes to business success by fostering cross working management (inside and outside the organization) and managing I&D, sales, finance, logistics and agro-
industrial interfaces when appropriate.
He / She is nimbles : thinks out of the box, elaborates what if scenario, manages risk taking, demonstrates an entrepreneurial attitude

Supervises, motivates and develops his or her team members;
We are looking for a manager with a university degree and a significant experience of 7 / 10 years in Marketing and possibly with experience in Sales / Trade Marketing of Brand companies.
He / She should has a good people management experience.
English is mandatory and French nice to have.
