Job Purpose

He / she will manage the flour and enzymes processing & innovation, acting as internal and external technical counterpart, providing product superiority and continuous improvement also in terms of production costs thus enlarging the know-how.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage Technical counterpart vs our suppliers
  • Manage Technical support to Plants and Q&T Managers; Manage counterpart vs milling
  • Manage conformity vs product characteristics : knowledge of the correlation between flour and product characteristics
  • Support to Purchasing in order to manage flour sourcing (characteristics, new crop, new suppliers etc.)
  • Manage flour innovation reference and new flour suppliers scouting
  • Optimize flour / enzymes model
  • Open formula of existing improvers blend (knowledge and cost)
  • Define correlation between enzymes, flour and finished products
  • Define "Design to Value Plan" for Soft Bread and Natural Fermented Minicakes
  • Enlarge product superiority through enzymes
  • Ensure continuous improvement through new enzymes mix
  • Key requirements

    MSC University Degree in Food Technology or similar

    4 / 5 years of experience in similar positions in the food industry and / or in the specific windmills industry

    Fluent in English
