HR Process Reengineering and Quality Consultant

Area Description

The HR Operation unit, part of the newly costituted department within the HR function namely HR Transformation and Operation Office, has the mission to analyze, with the competent organizational node support, the performance level of HR processes and theri tools / headcount, through specific indicators, and create programs and / or projects, in order to improve HR service model, making it more efficient effective and customer centric.

Function and job

The activities to be performed are the following :

  • define level standards for the HR Delivery Model in terms of efficiency and service innovation
  • define guidelines, internal regulations, monitoring and control systems related to services levels on administrative services overseeing the provided service effectiveness and quality through quantitative and qualitative service performance analysis
  • monitoring the service level of HR processes through the definition of performance indicators for HR CL using the Balance Scorecard approach
  • gather and analyze date of the current HR processes and procedures to identify, with HR Orga Node support, possible overlaps and inefficiencies
  • Task

  • collect and analyze process data to increase productivity
  • analyze and measure the effectiveness of exiting processes
  • determine how new information technologies can support business process reengineering
  • embrace quality assurance / functional support for all relevant processes by usage of automated workflow tools
  • research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data
  • Competencies

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Team working ability in an international context
  • Analytical thinking skills and data analysis
  • Multi-tasking in a fast paced / changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and versatility
  • Command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point etc)
  • Previous Experience in :

  • managing / having knowledge about HR processes and programs
  • processes analysisi and reengineering
  • data analysis and kpi structuring
