  • Implementing and reviews target segments strategies with country-specific action plans
  • Creating detailed business plans to be implemented with regular follow-up
  • Monitoring marketing analysis trends and recommending adjustments for the strategy and plans according to the market needs and its competitive landscapes.
  • Providing appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making.
  • Supporting local Sales organization to have an effective perception in the target segments
  • Creating and implementing the communication,
  • promotion and training activities in the segment

  • Participating in the development of international standards and regulations by influencing the appropriate bodies (including government,
  • legislative bodies, technical and trade associations)

  • Ensuring the major accounts in the segments are identified and prioritized
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the key customers in the target segment
  • Working closely with the relevant Sales organization to help in the identification and capture of future business; driving the capture of end user / third party agreements;
  • providing support to negotiate

    complex legal and commercial frame agreements

  • Identifing and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements and prices across segments
  • Providing reports by segment to accurately measure progress and uses common tools to identify future opportunities
  • Requirements :

    Key requirements include :

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Proficient user both for English (at least B2) and Italian (mothertongue)
  • Experience of sales and marketing in the engineering field with a strong background in the electrical industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and be a team player along with being able to coordinate with the various sales teams
