Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for development and execution of customer activation programs (retention, loyalty, etc.

within assigned budget as well as responsible to determines assets each event / show / service receives (including promos, TV banners, demo, etc.)

Moreover, is responsible to support E-commerce and Customer Marketing Team in picturing the QVC Italia consumer for effective planning of campaigns.

Main activities

  • Support evaluating and developing the best customer marketing approach for each campaign (e.g., tune-in, cross-sell, up-
  • sell mailings, program guide, stuffers) as well as the best channels (email, direct mailings, TV promos, TV banners, etc), mainly on acquisition side

  • Support in managing platforms to deliver on and offline customer marketing communications (eg. Splio)
  • Support planning and execution of tests and full scale targeted promotional campaigns that incentivize leads generation and customer acquisition
  • Scout partners and identify marketing activations to stimulate acquisition of new contacts and customers as well working closely with Digital, Social and Brand & Comms Teams
  • Maintain and enrich the vendors’ relationship with a win-win approach by supporting in creating and managing promotional plans able to value both QVC and partner’s purposes, mainly on acquisition side
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing
  • Experience related to customer base lifecycle (retention, Loyalty, prevention, etc.)
  • English : fluent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with different stakeholders at all levels
