ROLE MISSIONThe MIS manager, under the supervision of the CFO, is responsible to manage all IT activities and to ensure the right service level to support business needs and priorities.
He / she will part of the Finance team and will cooperate with all the other departments (Merchandising, WW Retail, Industrial operations, etc.
in supporting them in their daily activities and operations.In addition, the MIS Manager is also in charge of deploying into the Brand Kering Group guidelines and projects regarding IT solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES-Collect, analyse and structure the needs of each department-Build the IT plan and budget (capex, opex) along the year and for the long term ;
manage and follow up IT activities, according with business priorities-Manage projects delivered by Brioni MIS according to business priorities and deadlines, with a special focus on Industrial and Supply Chain -
Support the various departments on change management along with project roll-out;-Deploy, implement and follow-up guidelines, inputs, recommendations and projects delivered by Kering MIS -
Ensure the right service level to users (applications compliance with business needs, user support)-Handle key activities dedicated to Security of data / information.KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business Economics
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT as a senior project manager
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the textile or manufacturing industry, with a priority on projects for Production and Supply Chain
Specialized knowledge and experience on SAP program
A consolidated experience, ideally in Industrial area, of change management and process reengineering of ERP, financial and IT systems
Extensive project management experience in an international and matrixed environment.
Project Management experience
Fluent in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
An experience with projects dedicated to fashion or luxury retail is a plus
Precision and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Leadership, influencing, collaboration and change management : ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and be seen as a reliable business partner by senior business colleagues.
Drive value for money : the ability to understand business priorities, governance, cost drivers and the dynamics of the total cost of ownership’ of a modern IT function.
