com THE POSITION : The position of Marketing Product Manager for Reman parts for Ag Vehicles will be part of the Ramanufatcuring Parts Sales & Marketing Organization.
The position can be based in Le Plessis (France) or in Italy (Torino or Modena) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and launch new products.
Manage the life cycle of the existing range and follow up the sales trend
Adapt price positioning function of market price and expected rentability
Drive and work together with all internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Communication, Trade, Sales..) and external suppliers to define and execute product strategy for assigned families;
Benchmark in terms of product and price positioning according to the competitive scenario;
Support EMEA markets specific requirements (e.g. new product offer, pricing, technical features)
Monitor and follow up on the results to put in place recovery actions when needed;
Feed the rest of marketing team with product information (e.g. commercial, customer benefits, competitive benchmark) to support the development of sales supporting tools (e.
g. catalogues, product argues, salesmen guides..),
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Degree in Economics , Marketing or Management Engineering;
Strong interest in product management, previous experience in product management / development;
Experience in the automotive industry (IAM, OES or OEM aftersales) for 3 years minimum is mandatory;
Knowledge of agricultural machinery and the agricultural market
Fluent in English, written and oral;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skill, as well as good synthesis skills;
Ability to work independently and by objectives, as well as with a team;
Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic;
Capacity to be adapt to a multicultural environment;
Availability for short international travels;
Dynamic and enthusiastic with good communication skills (clear and effective);
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
