ROLE MISSIONThe C&B and Industrial HRManager reports to the WW HR Director and is the point or reference for all HR topics related to Industrial area (about 1000 people distributed in 4 Production sites) : costant support to management on HR decisions, employee relations topics, relationship with Trade Unions.

In terms of Compensation & Benefits and Administration, he / she is in charge of defining, implementing and monitoring the compensation policies in consistency with Group guidelines.

He / she coordinates all HR administration duties through the coordination of local HR shared services.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESManagement of population belonging to Industrial department

  • HR management
  • Individual support to employees on HR topics
  • Management of the relationship with Unions
  • Point of reference on HR legal topics for the rest of the central HR team Coordination of HR administration at ww level
  • Absence and presence management, administration activities related to hiring or dismissing employees
  • Keep relationship with external entities (INPS, INAIL, Direzione Lavoro etc)
  • Monitor activities done by Group Shared Services Coordination of Personnel budget and costs
  • Definition of Personnel budget and forecast at ww level
  • ReportingManagement of Compensation & Benefit
  • Compensation policy and packages (salary, bonus, incentives) definition
  • Management of Benefits policies and actions (Car, insurance, other allowances)
  • Active participation to Kering Group Comp & Ben Community KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Master degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English and Italian, a third language is a plus
  • A relevant experience in a Production area with constant relationship with Unions and knowledge of at least one area among Comp & Ben, HR Administration, HR cost controlling
  • An international experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
  • Integrity and ability to generate trust
