Act as FPT single point of reference for IVECO and NAVECO Platforms and IVECO Brand
Find and guide the best technical solution for the customer and for FPT in term of performances, reliability, cost, investment and timing respect.
Work in symbiosis with Platform team and APAC Brand to prepare and discuss technical and commercial offer related to solutions proposed to NAVECO and IVECO;
Act as FPT technical and commercial Interface with the customer during the product lifecycle (e.g. ensure timely contract closure to guarantee all technical milestones, monitor the fleets, coordinate and final check the application sign off, organize and check the engine before the master engine sign off, check the QGs timing respect, guarantee the powertrain delivery at launch, support in case of field issue ), collecting issues to be discussed / solved with platform team and APAC Brand, driving priorities and ensuring client satisfaction.
Agree and manage the program planning with the customer (in terms of RASIC and program tracking), identifying issues and reporting internally to plan countermeasures
Support all FPT function to manage contractual aspects with Customer
Support logistics and finance for the correct communication between FPT and Customers
Maintain internal executive summary collecting monthly programs customer alert and current production quality
Assure that all the customer requests are addressed to the right level inside FPT
Ensure full comprehension of Customer needs, supporting preparation of PRs (when it is the case) and clear product specifications definition.
Discuss with the customer the NoD and the ESA and contract ammendment.
Track customer requests status with the platform team (e.g. open PRs, overdue PRs, ) pushing for deadlines and timely completion of platform evaluations
Participate to FPT platform teams to represent customers and programs, and to ensure customer satisfaction and timely program execution
Participate to IVECO AND NAVECO platform teams to ensure customer will take proper decision and to advice of the impact of any customer modification / decision on FPT
Mechanical Engineering or other technical degree
2 / 3 years of Experience in similar roles
Fluent in English
Availability to travel abroad
Passion on Industrial vehicles and technical solutions
