In this role, you have the chance to take ownership of Customer Relationship Management across Philips owning the CRM strategy and annual plan, as well as the implementation of CRM campaigns, supporting the company’s strategic direction and objectives.
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of always-on ratings and reviews, customer acquisition, loyalty and retention programmers, along with tactical campaign led initiatives.
