Help us in our journey in transforming Philips into a digital company.

In this role, you have the chance to take ownership of Customer Relationship Management across Philips owning the CRM strategy and annual plan, as well as the implementation of CRM campaigns, supporting the company’s strategic direction and objectives.

The CRM Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of always-on ratings and reviews, customer acquisition, loyalty and retention programmers, along with tactical campaign led initiatives.

You are responsible for

  • Develop a CRM plan and integrate with business priorities and objectives
  • Take local ownership of consumer data, ensuring the compliance of corporate policies, procedures and data privacy
  • Create customer and consumer acquisition plan, advocate and drive across the business, increasing loyal customers and direct to consumer / customer (D2C) opportunities
  • Plan CRM campaigns and initiatives, according to strategic direction, building long term retention and loyalty, identifying and developing innovative CRM plans across the business to support category objectives, working with numerous stakeholders, reporting and delivering clear ROI
  • Ensure CRM is embedded as part of the campaign and always-on planning and effective at the correct stages of the consumer decision journey
  • Working in partnership with the Philips Store Manager to create D2C CRM strategy and activation calendar as part of the marketing mix
  • Own the local activation of ratings and reviews and registration platforms, ensuring best in class consumer experience and providing CRM data, analytics and insights to the business, proving effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships (internal and external) and work closely with internal functions to ensure effective CRM communications and data compliance
  • You are part of

    the Marketing team, in direct report to the Head of Digital IIG

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree (preferable in Business Admin., Marketing, Communications)
  • 1 / 2 years working experience in Digital or CRM
  • High analytical skills (with proven track record) / Strong Excel knowledge
  • Team player and strong collaboration skills.
  • Language skills : Italian and English
