Management of travel documents;
Preparation of Site Activities;
Use of SAP and IT systems to manage the clocking in / out;
Support the Service team in all activities such as resolution of problems, support to Field service engineers;
Preparation to EHS documents for specific Site Activities;
Usage of different tools like SAP, Excel and specific ABB tools;
Cooperation with Managers and Service Managers;
Responsibility for the correct and precise upload of information in our Service Platform database.
oBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management / Civil or Environmental Engineering; Economics or Administrative experience.
oFluency in English and Italian;
oPreferable but not mandatory knowledge of SAP
oKnowledge of Office Package, especially Excel.
oTeam working and good management skills
