Key Responsibilities :

  • CRM strategy framework implementation and roll-out in all markets to ensure : Qualified leads acquisition and database consistency across different markets and retailers Leads Conversion and relationship management, leveraging on tailored marketing campaigns and a global relevant contact plan Clients loyalty & Retention, defining tailored high value activities and post purchase services
  • Local CRM campaigns and contact plans coordination ensuring all markets are setting-up local CRM programs aligned with the global strategy framework
  • CRM platform and tools standardization supervision - on a business perspective- , to ensure data gathering consistency from different systems and sources
  • Customer Centric KPIs definition and reporting to monitor CRM activities execution and business impact.
  • Key Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in data marketing / email marketing
  • Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills
  • Great communications skills, written and verbal, fluency in English
  • A demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision-making
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
