SUMMARY : The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of the Natus Neurology sales in designated countries within the specified region.
They will be responsible for identifying opportunities and growing Natus market share in specified countries and markets.
This individual may have the ability to lead resources with direct reporting relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and may include additional duties as assigned :
Establish market penetration strategies through detailed analysis and extensive voice of the customer input. Analysis to include : market share, market growth, competitive definition;
identifies both internal and external solutions to address identified strategies regionally
Maintain and reach sales quota as specified for region / countries. Maintain detailed forecast for region / countries to be submitted per management schedule
With management, establish goals and objectives for regions and product lines. Organizes ongoing monthly and quarterly reviews of these goals for reports to management
Ensures with marketing, comprehensive Go-To-Market plans are effectively executed regionally per the individual needs of that region
Ensure business provides adequate technical and educational product support for customers
Maintain strong working relationship with all Neurology sales teams and marketing managers
Seek out opportunities for cross-product and cross-divisional product rationalization and technology sharing
Maintain continued training and understanding of Natus’ business, major product categories and cross-functional personnel so as to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers
Ensure training support for staff and support them with strategic customer meetings and trainings.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
participating in professional organizations
Protects Natus Medical’s value by keeping information confidential
Other duties as assigned
Travel Required : Intermediate to Extensive, depending on regional needs up to 75%
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily;

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; or two to four years related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. It is a prerequisite for all the candidates to have extensive knowledge in the field of Neurology and its relevant medical devices.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of flexibility and ability to juggle incoming inquiries and oversee scheduled tasks and projects.
Also requires a motivated and independent thinking individual with ability to provide analysis and feedback as issues may require.
Language Skills :
Business English in negotiation level.
Any other languages would be a plus.
IT Skills :
MS OFFICE proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Knowledge of CRM programs could be an advantage.
