Job Profile

The Corporate Archive & Library Staff member supports the department in ensuring that the services provided by the Library and Corporate Archives are correctly delivered to the company departments.

Main objective is to provide heritage and new trends inspiration to fashion and product development departments.

Core Responsibilities :

1.01 Assure a service of excellence is delivered to the internal client, assistance and advising with regards to consulting library and archives material

1.02 Assist acquisition of new material for the library and archives and manage proper procedures to catalog and archive

1.03 Support communication and promotion of the company heritage by assisting events / workshop organization and content production (ie newsletter)

Minimum Level of Education Required

  • Arts
  • Fashion Culture and Management
  • History
  • Library and Archive Sciences
  • Minimum Level of Experience Required


    English (B2 - Professional Working Proficiency)
