We are a fast growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Sales team in Fino Mornasco we are looking for a Key Account Manager Retail.
The KAM Retail is responsible for the promotion of Serenity brand to GDO / DO & Drugstores Key Accounts. He / she will establishes and develops customer relations, achieving short and long-
term sales objectives by identifying customer needs, growing our business within the customers in sales and products distribution, increasing market share and merchandising objectives.
The KAM will contribute to the development of the channel plan, trade and consumer promotional activities. Effective management of trade promotional activities is essential to ensure sales targets are met.
Manage the defined Key Accounts customers focusing on financial and strategic growth;
Establish, maintain and grow customer working relationships and manage the network with decisive stakeholders resulting in retention;
Develop strategic customer business plans to achieve annual volume and profit objectives;
Proactively identify, support and secure new customers and business within assigned categories and targets;
Communicate account priorities and engage the cross functional team (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance) to drive business results;
Provide strong leadership for sales plans in accordance with company strategy;
Put in place and follow strong category management activities with key accounts;
Support credit department in cash collection and improving customers DSO
Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills
Five years of direct sales experience with key account management with a proven track record in growing key accounts preferred in Drugstores & / or GDO
Ability to meet established quotas
Strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Proven skills on Financial principles
Experience in sales of personal care products or cosmetics in Drugstores and / or GDO preferred;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
