Our consulting organisation in Italy consists of more than 160 dedicated Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Architects and Project Managers.
We now want to further improve our leadership position on Oracle Cloud by hiring 1 additional Consulting Sales Representative for our named accounts.
Working closely with Consulting and Sales Management in order to identify, qualify and maximize the consulting opportunities for Oracle's SaaS offerings within enterprise accounts.
Develop the strategy and execute on the growth of Oracle Consulting within a Southern Italian account portfolio.
Identifying the appropriate Oracle Consulting Value Proposition and interpret it to the prospective client.
Managing prospects and clients relationships.
Generating proposals either as part of a license lead opportunity or for consulting services.
Acting as an ambassador for Oracle Consulting in new clients.
Generating, communicating and delivering an Account Plan for each account.
Accurately forecasting against plans and targets.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the designated and new accounts.
Pro-actively updating industry and product knowledge.
5+ years value proposition & solution selling based sales experience.
Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience.
Demonstrable ability to generate and manage activity and opportunity to deliver consistent sales achievement.
Able to learn and understand product solutions and features.
Ability to contact potential and existing clients at Director level and understand their core business processes.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and / or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.
Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
