Here's how this role will help :

  • The location for this role would be Confienza (PV)
  • Represent all aspects of IT at the Confienza site including IT performance of the site in alignment to divisional IT strategy;
  • Serve as a liaison between Mylan based Corporate IT functions and Confienza plant in support of various enterprise or division-wide programs;
  • Support projects of plant development in line with factory 4.0 perspective;
  • Manage technical instrumentations, validation and documentation;
  • Perform plc and HMI programming;
  • Maintain and check industrial networks in order to guarantee performance;
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems;
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.);
  • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality;
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
  • Partners with the Build-Run teams at the Site to provide oversight to the day-to-day management of the IT functions at the site, including systems administration and support, shared services groups, IT Quality, and IT Security with a focus on strengthening quality service delivery and meeting service level agreements;
  • Enforces technology standardization for hardware, software and desktop platforms;
  • Collaborates with Global IT Producer Franchise Lead to deliver functional capabilities to the site;
  • Partner with global IT project teams to ensure the effective deployment of new capabilities, as well as be a liaison with IT Shared Services to keep the capabilities in optimum condition;
  • Develops tactical plans for the successful deployment of capabilities at the Site and is responsible for the execution of projects to deliver the capabilities.
  • Is also responsible for ensuring that the capabilities are in a GMP validated state at all times;
  • Works with Solutions Delivery Teams to conduct the organizational change management for delivered IT solutions, including user training, SOP creation or modification, site communications and master data;
  • Identify continuous process improvement opportunities with the use of information technology solutions, develop value propositions for the improvements and track its realization of value, and with local business management and staff to analyze requirements to make the improvements a reality;
  • As a member of the local business leadership team, is a strategic business partner that participates in business and strategy planning with a focus on delivering cost effective competitive advantages and ensuring IT solutions are aligned with both local and global company objectives.
  • Also, keeps Site Management informed of global IT programs.

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Master Degree in Engineer of Telecommunication or engineer information technology
  • 5 years experience in the role of IT Site Lead
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of diverse computer systems and networks (Ethernet, Wireless and Automation), virtualization systems (VMWare), storage and data protection
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy, knowledge of the quality management systems and validation
  • Good knowledge of machine automation systems, plc and scada
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to develop strategic partnership with business customers.
  • Strong understanding of highly technical custom software solutions.
  • Excellent Project Management and Negotiation skills.
