In this role you have the opportunity to :

to accelerate the growth of Philips Male Grooming portfolio in the IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece) cluster, building and executing the business and marketing plans.

  • This position will work together with the marketing manager in alignment with Regional Marketing Strategy and plans.
  • In this role you will be responsible for :

  • Running the annual business planning and review cycle for the assigned product category (AOP / RoFo, etc.).
  • Defining the marketing communication and activation plan, managing the category budget, with strong focus on digital and consumer activation.
  • Assisting the Sales and Trade Shopper Marketing teams in translating the annual business plans into solid quarterly / monthly customer plans.
  • Managing the product portfolio and ranges build-up, with full ownership on the Market Introduction Process for new propositions and Phase-In / Out plans.
  • Acting as a primary point of reference to Global Business Group (Marketing Managers, Business Development, MarCom, ) and with the other markets in the cluster (Greece and Israel), building and maintaining strong network with global peers
  • Deploying best in class marketing analysis (mkt share analysis, competition analysis) and define fact-based corrective action based on analysis.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, brand management or related field in FMCG / B2C.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategy with budget responsibility.
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Strong commercial communication skills. Flexible and self-motivated team player.
  • Ability to go deeply into the numbers
  • Attitude to take ownership
  • Native Italian is required. Fluent English is a must.
