The role includes tasks and responsibilities such as Marketing and sales, Strategic activities and New product introduction.
Your main function is to take commercial responsibility for B2B sales of granulate to plastic converters, compounders and brand-
owners. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales activities as well as developing new businesses and segments strategies for new and existing products together with other members of the team.
You will manage and coordinate marketing activities, develop and maintain sales material, negotiate and close contract. As Sales Manager you will also be responsible for lobbying for our products and solutions in external forums which means that strong presentation skills is required.
For this position we are looking for a Sales manager that want be placed in our local office in Italy.
We are looking for someone with the ability to identify business opportunities and build long lasting relationships. You have great project management skills, good negotiating skills and financial understanding.
You are a strong communicator who can tell the story with passion, get the target group’s desire to use our material and in the end, ensure ideas are put into action.
You have a drive and passion for developing something new and you are not afraid to test new waters when needed.
University degree in relevant field such as marketing / engineering / chemistry, with experience of working with selling new products, materials and lobbying for new ideas will be required.
Previous experience working with plastic materials is a big plus. So is also a strong network within the markets we target and access to its decision-
makers. Fluency in English is required as well as in your local language.
