CORPORATE ACCOUNT SALES DIRECTOR

Report to : Managing Director Italy
As a Senior Manager Team member, you report directly to Managing Director Italy and you participate in the planning of the Company's direction, strategy and tactics.
You Should exhibit and encourage the highest levels of commitment, motivation and performance in pursuit of the Company's goals and achieve budgeted objectives.
Your responsibility is to develop and lead the Corporate Sales Department covering sales, sales support and e-business coordination.
Work with SMT to plan the direction, strategy and tactics of the company as a whole;
Develop corporate sales according to the budget target and the company strategy;
Strategic planning & development of Corporate Accounts Italy;
Full budget responsibility for : SALES, MARGIN, OPERATING RESULT and OPERATING COST;
Set up sales target;
Visiting frequently customer and prospects;
Participate the customer negotiations higher level;
Search the information of market and share the knowledge with the marketing team;
Work closely with all the departments to guarantee an effective support to the business

Strong leadership skills;
Strong experience in B2B market
Able to work in a fast changing and very challenging environment;
Strong negotiation, organization and interpersonal skills;
Strong organization and time management skills;

Excellent market, industry and competitor knowledge;
Strategic understanding of Personal Protection Equipment and Public Sector purchasing behavior;
Ability to handle complex commercial issues;
Have documented achievements and results from previous positions;
Have excellent skills in communication and people management;
Perfect Italian speaking;
Fluent in English.
