A typical day at work

As Intern, you will support the team with many administration tasks such as employees’ documentation, presence list, and absences.

Also, you will help your colleagues with the implementation of the new Time & Attendance system and you will have the great opportunity to train employees across different locations and explain how to use it.

Main activities

  • Support the Payroll Specialist on site for the completion of the personnel administration actions
  • Help your colleagues with documents creation and distribution (employment contracts, employee data / T&C changes letters, etc.)
  • Help the team in day-to-day tasks (scheduling, filing, tracking information, etc.) and in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations Specialist to resolve employee inquiries
  • Maintain a focus on customer service at all time
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
  • Good English skills, written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office skills
  • Good communicator
  • A multitasker and a good organizer
  • A strong team player who takes the initiative
  • Willing to take on the responsibility
