Job Description : Main purpose :
Main purpose :
To provide 2nd level support for all functional issues collected from the business organization.
To test any new code and verify any configuration change before implementation .
Key areas of responsibility :
3rd level support for functional issues
Analyse and troubleshoot the issues to arrive to the exact point of failure
Discuss with users issue replication and business implication
Define test scenarios and test code fixes
Manage the Oracle EBS set-up for all modules / processes within own area of responsibility
Support end users, clarify doubts and respond to user queries
Identify if the solution requires code fix
Perform regional configuration changes, test and document them
Provide package & Unity solution knowledge and expertise
Provide technical guidance to business key users
Functional business requirement management
Identify - with business analysts new functional requirements
Translate new business requirements into system functional specifications
Work with Corporate IT to ensure global model consistency
Work with business representatives to get / keep updated business knowledge
Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure that new business requirements and processes meet established quality standards

Key requirements :
Very good skills and experience in problem solving.
